Upgrading from Free to Enterprise Checklist

All your checklist data is stored within your Jira instance and nothing is taken back to our cloud. So migrating from Free to Enterprise is a breeze. You can do it with the two steps as mentioned below.

• Install the Pro version of Checklist for Jira Cloud. (go to Jira Settings > Apps > Find new apps page and search for Checklist for Jira Cloud – Enterprise). Note – this will note delete or overwrite your existing checklist data.

• Once the Pro version is installed, you will see two checklists (Free and Enterprise) on the Issue page. This is because both versions are installed at this point. You can now uninstall the Free version (from Jira Settings > Apps > Manage apps).

Note: If you were using workflow validators to block issue transitions until all items are not marked done, then please update those workflows to use the validator from the newly installed version.
