Sort Backlog View by Priority Score

Managers can efficiently sort their backlog issues based on priority scores by following these straightforward steps:

Step 1: Access the Backlog Board

• Start by clicking on the Backlog Board to access your backlog.

Step 2: Open Board Settings

• Next, click on the board settings option in the dropdown menu. This will allow you to configure board settings.

Step 3: Navigate to Filter Configuration

• Inside the board settings, find the "General" tab and then select "Filter." Click on "Edit Filter Query" to make changes to your filter settings. After making the adjustments, remember to save the changes.

Step 4: Adjust the Filter Criteria

• In this step, modify the filter criteria to refine your sorting. Specifically, set the filter query to:
  project = EM ORDER BY Score DESC.
