Managing Checklist Settings

Administrators have the flexibility to configure checklist settings with the following options:

  1. Enable Item Statuses: Allows you to define more detailed statuses for checklist items beyond just "done" and "not done." You can enable or disable these statuses at any time. Previously applied statuses will remain unchanged. Custom status codes can be added under "Settings > Status Codes."

  2. Enable Item Description: You can toggle the inclusion of item descriptions on or off as needed. Any previously added descriptions will remain intact.

  3. Enable Markdown: Choose to enable or disable Markdown support within the checklist.

  4. Enable Smart Tags: Activate or deactivate smart tagging functionality within the checklist.

  5. Checklist Position: Adjust the checklist's position within the ticket, relocating it to the left or right.

  6. Enable Checklist: You have the option to enable or disable the checklist for this project. Disabling the checklist will not delete any existing checklists.

These settings empower administrators to fine-tune the checklist's behavior to suit the project's specific requirements.
