Managing Templates
A checklist template is a pre-designed and structured document that outlines a set of items, tasks, or steps to be completed or verified. It serves as a tool for ensuring that processes, projects, or activities are carried out systematically and consistently. Checklist templates can be used for various purposes, such as quality control, project management, event planning, safety inspections, and more.
Create a new template from project settings
Go to project
Open Checklist for Jira Cloud settings (from the left navigation menu)
Go to templates tab, and click + Add a new template
Save an existing ticket as a template
Once you are inside a ticket, you can save it as a template, this template can then be used to auto load tickets with a checklist in the future.
