2. Metrics: Backlog prioritization comes with a variety of pre-created metrics, you can always create a new metric or use one of the existing ones. Metrics

Backlog Prioritization Grid: A backlog prioritization grid, also known as a priority matrix or prioritization matrix, is a visual tool used to evaluate and rank items in a backlog based on their relative importance and urgency. It provides a systematic approach to compare different backlog items and helps teams make informed decisions about which items should be addressed first.
