Checklist for Jira moved from Atlassian Connect to Forge, Atlassian’s own platform for cloud apps.
Runs on Atlassian
Section titled “Runs on Atlassian”Checklist now runs entirely inside Atlassian Cloud. Your checklists, templates and settings are kept in your Jira site and in Atlassian’s app storage, and the app makes no calls to outside servers.
Nothing to set up again

- Project templates, global templates and template assignments
- Item statuses and checklist settings
- Custom permissions
- Checklist custom fields, so your JQL searches and filters keep working
